The best romantic restaurants in Bangkok, from riverside fine dining at Le Normandie and Côte to sky-high dinners at Mezzaluna and Wat Arun views at Chakrabongse Dining, with prices, dress codes and tips.
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Bangkok is one of Asia's most romantic cities for dinner, with candlelit tables on the Chao Phraya River, sky-high dining rooms and terraces facing the glowing Temple of Dawn. This guide picks ten of the best for a date night, anniversary or proposal, from two-Michelin-star tasting menus to an affordable Thai table with a view.
This is an editorial selection, not a scientific or absolute ranking. We focused on setting, views and food, using the Michelin Guide Thailand 2026 and the restaurants' own menus and hotel websites to check addresses, prices and dress codes.
The guide is compiled from published sources, not from personal visits. Tasting menus change with the seasons, so check prices when you book.
