This is an editorial selection, not a scientific or absolute ranking. We focused on beef quality, cooking style and setting, using official menus, hotel websites and recent listings to check addresses, prices and hours.
The guide is compiled from published sources, not from personal visits. Steak prices depend on weight and origin, so check the menu when you book.
