Paris has more pizzerias in Europe's top pizza rankings than any other city. Here are ten to know, from sourdough at Oobatz and Neapolitan classics at Guillaume Grasso to New York slices at Rori, with prices and booking tips.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Paris has become one of Europe's most exciting pizza cities. In the 50 Top Pizza Europe 2026 ranking, which covers pizzerias outside Italy, Paris had 17 recognized addresses, more than any other city on the list. The styles range from classic Neapolitan pies with puffy crusts to thin, crisp sourdough, Sicilian-inspired squares and New York slices.
This guide covers ten pizzerias across those styles, with addresses, what to order, prices and how to get a table.
This is an editorial selection, not a scientific or absolute ranking. We started from the 50 Top Pizza Europe 2026 ranking and its list of "excellent" pizzerias, then added newer spots that stand out for their style. We checked each address, menu and booking policy. The pizzerias appear by style, not in order of preference.
The guide is compiled from published sources, not from personal visits. Menus, prices and hours change often, so check before you go.

These four pizzerias appear in the main 50 Top Pizza Europe 2026 ranking.
Address: 4 bis Avenue Jean Aicard, 75011 Paris
British-born baker Dan Pearson made his name with sourdough pop-ups before opening Oobatz near Rue Oberkampf. In 2026 it ranked 23rd in 50 Top Pizza Europe, the highest of any pizzeria inside Paris. The style is closer to Roman than Neapolitan: a thin, crisp base with small edges, made with a blend of flours and fermented for about 36 hours. The menu is short, usually six numbered pizzas that change with the seasons.
Booking: reservations are taken online, and you will need one. Recent listings show dinner on weekdays only, but hours have changed recently, so check before planning a weekend visit. The name is Italian-American slang for "crazy".
Address: 1 Rue Guillaume Tell, 75017 Paris
Roco is a neighborhood pizzeria near Pereire that ranked 24th in 50 Top Pizza Europe 2026. Its Marana oven, which runs on both gas and wood, is rare in Paris. The Neapolitan-style dough is matured for several days before baking, giving wide, airy crusts. Toppings include Calabrian spianata, 'nduja and smoked pecorino, as well as classics like the Margherita.
Price and booking: listings put most pizzas at roughly €13 to €21, and the restaurant is open every day. It typically closes for part of August. Reservations are recommended, especially in the evening. Choose Roco for a top-ranked pizza in a quieter part of the city.
Address: 106 Boulevard du Montparnasse, 75014 Paris
Opened in 2017 by Angelo Cipullo, La Manifattura serves wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas in a bright room decorated with street art, near the Montparnasse cafés. It placed 35th in 50 Top Pizza Europe 2026. The menu goes beyond pizza, with pasta and Italian desserts, which makes it an easy choice for mixed groups.
Practical details: prices are moderate, and it opens for lunch and dinner every day, with continuous service on Sundays. Book ahead for weekend evenings. A good fit for families or a casual group dinner on the Left Bank.
Address: 43 Rue Laffitte, 75009 Paris
Sicilian pizzaiolo Davide Luca, formerly of Faggio, runs this small pastel-pink pizzeria in the 9th. It ranked 42nd in 50 Top Pizza Europe 2026. The dough rises for 72 hours before baking in a wood-fired oven, and the wine list focuses on Italian producers from north to south.
Practical details: Fimmina is closed on Sundays and serves lunch and dinner the rest of the week. Its location near the Galeries Lafayette and Opéra makes it a convenient lunch stop. Prices are moderate. Choose it for a carefully made Neapolitan pizza with a good glass of Italian wine.
Address: 11 Rue Étienne-Marcel, 75001 Paris
Giuseppe "Peppe" Cutraro, formerly of the Big Mamma group, won the world pizza championship in Naples in 2019 and has since opened several pizzerias in and around Paris. This branch near Les Halles opened in April 2024, with about 55 seats inside and a terrace. Alongside classic Neapolitan pizzas, it serves pizza nel ruoto, baked in a round pan for a crisper, golden base.
Practical details: prices are moderate, and it is open every day for lunch and dinner. Other Peppe addresses are on Rue Saint-Charles (15th) and Rue Faidherbe (11th), plus Casa di Peppe on Rue Saint-Jacques (5th). Choose this branch for a central, easy-to-book pizza between sightseeing stops.
Address: 45 Rue Brancion, 75015 Paris
Guillaume Grasso comes from a family of Neapolitan pizza makers and is certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, which sets strict rules for authentic Neapolitan pizza. His dough is made fresh daily and baked in a wood-fired oven, and the Margherita with buffalo mozzarella added after baking is the order. The pizzeria appears among the "excellent" pizzerias in 50 Top Pizza Europe 2026.
Practical details: the room is simple and prices are among the friendliest in this guide. It sits near Parc Georges-Brassens, away from tourist areas, and listings have shown it closed on Sundays. Choose it for traditional Neapolitan pizza without frills.
Address: 43 Rue Fondary, 75015 Paris
Run by Neapolitan brothers, Fratelli Castellano is a small, lively pizzeria with football scarves and Maradona portraits on the walls. The pizzas use buffalo mozzarella, organic olive oil and fresh basil, and the house Maradona pizza is a favorite. It is listed among the "excellent" pizzerias in 50 Top Pizza Europe 2026, and the brothers have a second address in the 7th.
Practical details: listings put a meal at roughly €15 to €45 per person. The dining room fills fast, so book ahead or order takeaway and walk to the Champ-de-Mars, about 15 minutes away. Listings have shown it closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so check before you go.
Address: 78 Rue du Cherche-Midi, 75006 Paris
Set in a former tapestry workshop in Saint-Germain, Anima is a Neapolitan pizza trattoria with a custom wood-fired oven by Neapolitan oven maker Stefano Ferrara and a marble bar where you can watch the pizzaioli work. Alongside the pizzas, the menu includes Italian starters such as vitello tonnato and bagna cauda. It appears among the "excellent" pizzerias in 50 Top Pizza Europe 2026.
Practical details: prices are moderate, and the restaurant opens daily for lunch and dinner. Reservations are recommended. Choose Anima for a stylish Left Bank pizza dinner.
Address: 15 Rue de la Folie-Méricourt, 75011 Paris
Opened in March 2026 by the team behind Fermentation Générale, a nearby shop known for miso, bread and kombucha, Acid Lactic makes pizza with 100% natural sourdough and French heritage wheats. The result is chewier and more bread-like than a Neapolitan base. The short menu includes a spicy 'nduja pizza and seasonal vegetable options, alongside natural wines and house fermented drinks.
Practical details: pizzas run about €15 to €20. There are no reservations, and the room is tiny, with counter stools and a few small tables, so come as a pair rather than a group. Recent listings show dinner Tuesday to Saturday and lunch on Saturday.
Address: 96 Rue Jean-Pierre-Timbaud, 75011 Paris
From the owners of the restaurant Bouche across the street, Rori brings New York-style slices to Paris in a retro room with red lacquered tables. Recipes include a pepperoni with hot honey, a white pizza with fior di latte and lemon, and a potato pizza served with a dill dip, plus a thicker Sicilian-style "grandma" pie. Small plates, natural wines and cocktails make it more than a quick stop.
Price: slices cost about €5 to €8, and whole pizzas around €40 to €52 for sharing. Take a slice to go, or stay in the evening when the room gets lively. Choose Rori for something different from Neapolitan pizza.
