The best restaurants in Dubai, from three-Michelin-star FZN and Trèsind Studio to newly promoted Orfali Bros, a Michelin-starred vegetarian tasting menu and relaxed starred spots from AED 40 a dish, with prices and booking tips.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Dubai has become one of the world's most ambitious dining cities. The Michelin Guide Dubai 2026, announced on October 6, 2026, lists 122 restaurants, including 20 with stars: two with three stars, four with two stars and 14 with one star. Homegrown restaurants now sit alongside outposts of famous international chefs.
This guide covers nine starred restaurants that were open at the time of writing, with addresses, prices in UAE dirhams (AED) and booking tips.
The regional conflict in 2026 disrupted tourism to Dubai, and several restaurants have temporarily closed or paused service. Four restaurants that kept their Michelin star in the 2026 guide were reported closed at the time of the announcement: Al Muntaha, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Ossiano and Smoked Room. Michelin has said it will reassess them when they reopen. This guide only includes restaurants reported open, but hours have changed often in 2026, so confirm before you go.
This is an editorial selection, not a scientific or absolute ranking. We started from the Michelin Guide Dubai 2026 and chose restaurants across cuisines, budgets and neighborhoods, checking addresses, menus and prices against official restaurant information and recent 2026 reports. Restaurants appear grouped by Michelin distinction.
The guide is compiled from published sources, not from personal visits. Prices are per person, food only unless noted, and Dubai prices usually include service, VAT and municipality fees. Drinks pairings are expensive in Dubai because of import costs.
